Randy joined Westport Consulting in 1992 after a 20-year career in the advertising agency
business, most recently as US Chief Operating Officer of Bates Worldwide. He has directed
the advertising accounts of several major banks, insurance companies and securities firms.

Neil D. Gluckin, Director
Neil joins WCG after an eight-year stint on Wall Street as director of
corporate advertising and marketing communication for J.P. Morgan & Company.
Previously he was Senior Vice President and account director at Doyle Graf Raj
Advertising, where Morgan was one of this clients and, before that, head of marketing
communication for Citibank's corporate cash management and electronic banking services. He
even worked for a non-bank once, as head of advertising for International Paper. A
graduate of Colgate University, Neil was the youngest staff writer on TIME magazine's

C. Dayton (Bud) Titsworth, Director
Bud brought additional senior management capability to our Strategic Communications Group
in 1996 after 10 years of running his own communications consultancy. He has a strong
background in the advertising agency business, having been Sr. VP at Lord, Geller,
Federico, Einstein, VP at J. Walter Thompson with earlier positions at Ted Bates and Young
& Rubicam. Bud's BA is from Syracuse University; his MBA is from Columbia University.
